If you have tried unsuccessfully to login 3 or more times, take a break. The system will timeout or block your login attempts for at least 30 minutes after three or more unsuccessful logins on your username.
Wait at least thirty minutes before trying again. If you do not wait long enough, each additional password failure restarts the thirty-minute block.

Use of a Virtual Private Network (VPN) may sometimes cause the Library Database Login system to fail.

If you do not know your MCCC username, go to the MyWebPAL page.
Use the What's My User ID? link at the bottom of the page to find your unique campus username. For example, the username for Anyone Lastname might be alastname123.
Note -- your WebPAL account is separate from your campus email, library login or Brightspace accounts, but the username is the same for all of them. Your WebPAL password may be different from the password for the others (be sure to use your Brightspace / campus email password for the library resources login).
Try to login using another browser app, such as Firefox instead of Edge, or Chrome instead of Safari.
If you are still having login problems, clear any library login cookies. Those cookies contain "oclc" in their name.
